If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase upon delivery. Lantz Enterprises will reimburse your money minus our shipping and custom charges. Just ship the aquarium back to us undamaged and your card will be credited when we receive the tank.
Note: This product is fragile. If you decide to return the fish tank to us we recommend that you package it exactly as you received it and insure it for $200. We will not refund any money if we receive a damaged aquarium but the insurance on the package should cover your costs. Click here for return address.
We will replace any damaged merchandise at no charge to you. You do not have to ship the aquarium back to us. However, you must notify us of any damages within 7 days of arrival and keep the packaging. Somebody from FedEx will likely come by to inspect the box. Failure to notify us in 7 days and keep the packaging will result in a denial of your claim.
If your aquarium has any manufacturers defects within a year from purchase. Lantz Enterprises will replace the aquarium at no cost to the consumer.
We ship by ground with FedEx. An order will typically arrive two weeks or less after purchase. An e-mail will be sent to confirm an order and a second email will be sent with the FedEx tracking code when we ship the tank. Shipping charges are based on average fees across U.S.
We have our products packaged off site at a professional packaging company. The packaging fees are worked into the cost of the product.
