How do you access an inside wall tank?

I posted this question under another topic.
If the tank is enclosed in a wall how do you access it?

There is a simple solution to your question. Picture the tank inside the wall with crown molding or window trim. Now picture that top piece of trim removable. Either on hinges or velcro. This picture illustrates it well
